When I view what this error contains:

You did not say if System Restore worked or not. If you had this problem just recently it does make sense to restore the earlier days.

First of all try to reboot and see what happens. If it continues it means that the messenger misses some vital file necessary to function.

If rebooting does not help try free computer help: techguy.org. Also I would recommend plumchoice.com ← not free service, but if you are desperate to solve a problem you might want to use their service. They take over your computer and solve major problems. I use both websites myself.

you haev to many contacts get rid of soem then it will work its closing because it freezes loading all your contacts!
